Maybe I am naive. But I see that if the plaintiff succeeds against GPR, the effect on RIM could be cataclysmic. I hope that I am wrong.
All I started out asking is - does anyone know what GPR have paid to date of their $2.1M commitment? They should have paid nearly $1.4M by now based on the ASX announcement of 14/12/23. Shareholders are entitled to ask this question. And this question remains open!
PS - FYI, I have no idea who @Ironman50 is. Respectfully, I prefer to show consideration of differing views.
