With the GPR Litigation against the convicted fraudster Giovinazzo being heard in the Victorian Supreme Court in a week, it looks as though SHs are heading for cover.
Around 6 months ago RIM was at 0.5 cents. Since then, the ASX announcements, which presumably fueled the subsequent SP rise, are essentially speculative. The substance of the business is unchanged, IMO. I would not be surprised if the rollercoaster takes us back to the start.
I hope I'm wrong as otherwise, SHs will lose a lot of hard-earned equity.
Hopefully, the Courts will deliver a quick judgment that stops this cancer that is eating away at RIM. Change at the top, and capital is needed. The two could follow each other!
