An ostrich with their head in the sand approach is foolhardy.
The perceived reputational damage that RIM suffers by aligning it's core strategies with a convicted fraudster is, IMHO, significant. It is difficult to attract bonafide capital with such a stigma at the top.
The Board appear to have no plan B. Yet, a court judgment in favour of the plaintiff will have ramifications for RIM.
I sincerely hope the SHs are not victims in this whole grubby saga.
