Ann: Rimfire receives commitments of $3.25 million, page-60

No surprises here - 6 months to the day I called that GPR's $2.1M commitment within 6 months would not materialise.

RIM yesterday announced that GPR had met its cash calls. There was no mention in the 14/12/23 announcement of GPRs $2.1M commitment being limited by way of cash calls!. The Family offices have paid their $1.15M commitment. GPR, it appears, have not.

Come on Board "stop muddying the waters with your semantics". SHs are tired of being treated like unintelligent fools. Be transparent. Simply, tell us how much of the $2.1M commitment has been paid? Otherwise, your 14/12/23 announcement is misleading.

I am very concerned about RIM's cash flow and its ability to pay its accounts as and when they are payable. SHs need to be able to make informed decisions on their investment.
