@Ironman50 any update on the judgment being handed down on this case? If the convicted fraudster Giovinazzo's defence fails the impact on GPR will flow to RIM as funding will likely disappear. Solvency is then a big issue.
I am very concerned about this entire relationship between the Board and GPR/Giovinazzo. The Board clearly backs them in - IMO that is a big error of judgement.
