That is quite possible assuming talks have got to that stage, they would certainly be trying to accumulate if they thought they would be contenders...it would be considered insider trading so probably unlikely anything set in stone yet.
Any individual strategic partner would be restricted to 20% and if that was taken to its limit we would be looking at a cash injection of $82m at current prices and any figure beyond, add that to options cash and it would reduce any offtake funding considerably..
We will find out one day...
