Well it's becoming a 2,000 tpa producer in a few months followed immediately with an expansion to 12,000 tpa followed by further expansion after that. AGY is being punished for being sensible and pragmatic with its development goals compared to the other wannabe producers who are spruiking ridiculous initial production targets.
