Why do you keep comparing LKE to AGY? They have a larger resource, their pilot plant won't take years to construct as it's modular based, the processing technology they will be using is efficient and the price rose accordingly.
Even if you want to disregard the above, AGY rose 78% in 2019 when they announced commencement of their pilot plant... it's a market catalyst type of announcement, not a regular update that construction is on schedule, albeit nice to see but definitely not worthy of some pump in share price.
