Reading the Dec activities report JZ in the Highlights mentions advanced for 10000 capex solution with associated 2000 & 10000 off take arrangements. March Key Objective is formalise stategic investment documents for product offtake and 10000tpa expansion capex funding solution. Reading between the lines i believe JZ is waiting for the 10000tpa to be approved. Which means he will be able to accomplish 2 of his objectives with AGY going full steam ahead. I could be wrong but i dont believe we will have any offtake arrangements until the 10000tpa plant is approved.
