Kev, this has been the position for several months. I recall 10kt/a expansion was one of the intended milestones last year. All indications, for months, has been that the deal is more or less done. But, as someone posted yesterday, pretty hard for a buyer to bind themselves to a deal where the seller does not have a permit to produce.

I have raised this on and off for the last 6 months and copped varying levels of criticism. Facts are facts though, the 10kt permitting has demonstrated that Salta is a slow place to do business. Good place for meetings and photos, not so good with getting the paperwork done. But I have been told on here that It Is even slower In Australia. Having said that, JZ did have the milestone as last year, so maybe he and his team had different ideas about speed of permitting in Salta as well.

Whatever the case, it Is keeping the brakes hard on AGY's growth.
