Just recently this company was trading in the 20s. Today it's trading in the 40s. Things can only go up so quickly without some people wanting to sell, and some people will wait for good news to sell (hence the common saying 'sell the news'). Additionally there may be manipulators trying to deliberately push the price down in order to load up, or to improve the outcome of their short positions (some will consider this to be 'conspiracy theory).

Sometimes stocks are tightly held, sometimes there are more traders working on TA. AGY seems to have a lot of these.

The fundamentals will win in the long run. If you think the stock is well undervalued, it's a great buying opportunity (I would currently agree with you and have high confidence this will be a multibagger within months).
