I think a couple of comments by JZ in a recent interview might give some clues to timelines, one relating to difficulty recruiting staff and the other saying he had told had told Pablo to take the time it takes to get it right the first time or words to that effect...construction is more or less finished and the commissioning ,which is the part that needs to be right, taking a bit more time...It matters little, commissioning has started and production will happen...
Pablo calls the shots in Argentina and that's fine by me.
