I would agree with this. I don't think it's a coincidence that the ann was on the 1st this time, rather than end of the month like the previous few.
But it gives buyers one more month to accumulate if they choose. Seems like first production and the ramp up to commercial are going to be in quick succession. Plus too be quite fair, I would rather the ann come in mid Oct after all this volatity has passed due to the mid term elections. That way we can ride the uptrend all the way till the end of the year.
