    JZ has repeatedly said they will sell on market but there are negotiations and previous agreements signed and other negotiations taking place almost 'on a daily basis'. Elections, other offtake and licensing is just noise to me. Go and read up on what's happening with AGY. It's all coming together beautifully DYOR
