They are still in commissioning stage mate! They are not in production - yet! It is unrealistic to expect higher tonnage until they have hit 100% and start ramping up to full production.
This is the most frustrating stage of any junior stock moving to production stage. The SP is prone to stagnate, then get manipulated, until nameplate production is met.
