Market perception for what? I thought we agreed funding won't come from retail whilst Instos will do their homework with DDs before dumping big $ and won't care about any announcement.

The info released to date is an attempt to be nice and keep us up to date but will not help any funding. When assessing a company (to provide finance, partnering), the sp is irrelevant at best or misleading at worst. Remember LTR? from pips to $3 in a matter of days.

Usually, the market is clueless about the value of a business until someone actually puts $$$ on the table after having done their homework, even more so when the target is a start up, and even then the valuation can be overly wrong. This is why we constantly talk about a re-rate. I would forget about "skittish retail investors can certainly effect the overall funding picture" because that is almost never true.

AGY is looking good but there is no way to tell for sure just by reading the anns. If you do that, it is called speculation.

Obviously, not only retail speculates. VUL, LKE instos action was just that. Btw, speculating is a great investment strategy: huge upside if you get right, quick decision making, and super cheap!
