Look I hope you're correct. But if something is being produced semi-continuously, you'd expect to see an uptick in production from batch trials, and that hasn't happened yet. I'll hold my applause until that occurs. Production volumes are the only tangible measure of progress at this stage, for me anyway.
As far as purity goes, it's in line with expectations but it's not exactly surprising. AGY shipped 20 tonnes (from the pilot plant) three years ago to a Korean cathode producer, which tested at up to 99.94% purity. While it's great that AGY are replicating the success of the pilot plant, they need to scale volumes significantly to demonstrate that they are in fact in a semi-continuous state for industrial scale operations. I expect to see this come July 1, so hopefully you'll have a very happy birthday!
