They are in commissioning. The intent of that is NOT to simply produce as much as possible.

I would not have been surprised one single bit if the monthly tonnages fluctuate up AND down significantly during commissioning. Nothing to be concerned about at all, in my experience.
What this year has proven, imo, is how damn difficult it actually is to get a carbonate plant set up, tweaked, tuned and running reliably and consistently. We will see more of this proof in the next month too.
This simply highlights how much other companies are going to struggle when/if they actually get a plant built - the optimistic (read: fanciful) timelines that some other companies have presented will be absolutely blown out of the water.
Some of these muppets were claiming mere months for govt approvals and sub-2yrs for construction+commissioning+ramp up of MUCH larger plants.
Facepalm.
