Apologies if I offended you. Your post read critical of JZ for things out of his control. Dont get me wrong I am critical of management in areas but those which they do have control.
I think in the context he was operating in a CR was a forgone conclusion and the only thing that held him back was a sp to enable the approved share issue at the last AGM to equate to the capital required.
