I don't view this announcement as frivolous in the least bit!
Seeing the Plant & Equipment in the flesh, so to speak, is a far cry from a line item in a quarterly cashflow or described as a percentage in a progress report.
These pictures are the process reactors for the market, generators of activity -- whether to boil, agitate, and yes, eventually to chill until the next significant announcement.
(see what I did there?)
When every penny in the SP means another few months of funded retirement, this bricks and mortar type of progress report is most welcome.
