I think it's just a matter of playing them off against each other until you get the best offer. It's like selling a house. If you get an offer from someone, you tell them someone else offer and extra $10k to see if they come back with a higher bid.
I want to see the best deal come through and it does appear management a not afraid of turning down an offer. Just look what happened with the QQ deal. We hold all the cards now so why not use them?
