Oops... they just showed their hand.
So, there's only now a possibility of increasing scale at Rincon now. It's becoming more evident that they even know they won't be able to get their hands on multiple hundreds of millions of dollars for further development.
IMO another JV or complete sale of the project would be the discussion behind closed doors.
