Yeah I think it’s close. This is pretty much AGY’s last opportunity for a good news story, and I don’t think it’s a coincidence that this was released following a strong green night in the US. IMO, their cash balance is probably down to around $5m, now that we’re almost halfway through Q4.
I would not be surprised at all to see an imminent cap raise off the back of whatever bump the share price can achieve from this upgrade.
