Yes, there's nothing "fast tracked" about their ability to drill a few holes and upgrade the resource. It's already been shown that multiple companies have been able to drill far more holes (and at multiple times deeper) as well as obtain the results in far less time it's taken AGY to get a few holes done.
I think the market is not oblivious to this, and doesn't come as a surprise anymore.
Things should start falling into place toward the end of the year, but IMO the juicy stuff won't be until Q1-Q2 2024.
