    Kudos to the management at AGY for providing timely updates, unlike others that go out of their way to hide them (good or mostly bad, yes I'm looking at ya CXO). The progress might be slow, but it's progress nonetheless.

    What is holding back potential partners from securing an OTA? Is it the production rate?
