Probably right. We never really got details on the exact nature of the 'hydrological' issues that the permit process needed clarification on. Though I understand that the motivation for this round of drilling was a much-wanted resource expansion.
Anyhow, I'm happy to let more knowledge people have a stab at this. Just glad we are getting some positive announcements.
