And THAT, right there, is exactly why, iMO, you will be chasing your tail for decades to come.
Without insider knowledge, IMO the way to get far ahead of the market is to recognise opportunities where most others cannot. Part of that, IMO, is indeed detailed financial modelling to assess VARIOUS potential scenarios, and to examine and understand the likely effect of key factors including costs, pricing, production, dilution, timing etc etc etc.
AFAICT this stock does NOT at all rely on previous record product pricing to reach new highs. Like pierre, you seem to suggest that such modelling is worthless because "we don't know" what various costs/pricing etc will actually be.
You fail to grasp a critical concept here, imo, and that is ultimately to your own detriment.
