A major concern for me is the opaque structure. AGY and Puna. Jerko and Pablo.
Two companies, two structures, two teams, two different priorities, two objectives, one dream.
I'm not saying they aren't aligned or working to different goals. I am saying that there are effectively two chiefs, with the same goals and motivations, but different objectives, teams and expectations.
Finally, what is the trigger for this partner to be engaged? Is it a hard or fluid deadline? If Pablo leaves, what happens to Puna due to the nepotism, hierarchy and loyalties?
If Pablo can't deliver, what are the risks across both entities, and how are they being managed, if at all?
