Let's not drag this out any further, because your motives are as clear as day mate. The only precedent AGY have set is the longest approval time for an EIA in Salta Province, and probably for all of Argentina (AFAICT). There's a decent chance that no-one will repeat the feat that AGY has achieved with their epic approval delay, so you're now attempting to put a positive spin on it so that when future approvals inevitably occur over a shorter time frame by more competent management teams, you can claim that AGY somehow made it easier for them.
