Yes mate, that's how "chances" work. But they're not utterly meaningless. At 40c I told you there was a chance that AGY was in trouble, and we were heading for a significant fall. I repeated this to you at numerous points on the way down. Your repeated dismissals of the chance of that occurring was a bit unfortunate, wasn't it?

Anything could happen, we all know that, and only time (and hindsight) will tell us how likely or valid that chance was. But when an MD raises a big red flag in the form of raising the placement provision, it pays to note that the chances of a significant and dilutive cap raise just increased in a very big way.
