Imagine Gcar 2 years ago saying another cap raise would A-OK to get the 2ktpa completed and (possibly) the start of the 10ktpa construction! Given how adamant he was on how securing a suitable funding arrangement was priority, and the rest of what he says in that post, it's extremely odd he hasn't questioned oncewhy no one wanted a piece of even the 2ktpa to date (which is now producing, albeit in micro doses, comparatively speaking).
