Binding offtakes contingent on what contingencies? What does INR have to fulfill to makes these offtakes enforceable? If INR can't get the quality or the quantity of timing, is there any deal whatsoever?
These offtakes only lock the supplier in, should they ever meet expectations that have not this far been met. The buyer gets a product at a price if that ever comes to fruition but walks away if not, no hard feelings.
The buyer doesn't just hold the upper hand, they hold the deck.
