each share the burden of their advance, both share in annual production now at 2kt, then 12kt, then 24kt
50 million each should do the trick balance comes from sales to them,pay off 50 million advance over 5 years through direct product sales
JZ always talked mutually beneficial and long-term, maybe he meant 2, PUNA and AGY are 2, maybe our partner will be 1 Argentinean based company and the other... tesla????
