Should we have to go on a treasure hunt for info? Or should JZ actually just be honest about home many steps remained in the approval process? He obviously knew a public hearing was still required, yet he’s been happy to string holders along for quite some time, and never bothered mentioning this “final step” until it was clear that he was about to miss another of his own targets.
This is just an 11th hour announcement to keep disgruntled holders off his back because it’s the end of the quarter, and another 4-5 targets have been missed (again).
