Who said there would be a "big crash when the targets aren't met this quarter"? Please provide a reference.
But while you're asking this question, I should point out that AGY is down >30% in less than two weeks. Clearly you haven't been paying attention if you're still waiting for a "big crash" that already happened. A 45% rise is needed from here just to get back to where it was two weeks ago.
