Repeating your original statement does not mean your view is correct. It's done, move on.
Maybe examine/analyse the content of the announcement rather than the delivery or lack of forewarning, after all that is what will affect the share price.
If you were a shareholder i would suggest emailing JZ and seeking clarification in regards to your grievance.
