Please review MY posts to point out this error you have decided I have made, or are you assuming because I am not negative like you I cannot understand that sometimes obstacles appear. I have never written or posted that 'all that is required is a signature', I did post 'where is that signature once', if your going to police this forum you need to fact check 1st.
Yes there may be more hurdles to pass, have I said there are or are not, am I responsible for the mining department in Salta? Just like you not posting unless tagged these things just pop up it seems to frustrate us?
