We should be above "pre-gas" price; and will be soon.
However, the climb back-up has met a resistance patch; buyers are thinking if they just hang in for few hours they can get it for half a cent to one cent cheaper. PLUS a few chiropractors have noticed the slight pullback and are plying their trade.
When it breaks through this hiatus, everyone will start scrambling.
Either late this afternoon or tomorrow morning (assuming no announcement tomorrow).
If we open with third announcement - all bets are off.
