Just noticed we have a few LPI twits with nothing better to do than talk rubbish on twitter and IMO they clearly don't have a basic grasp on li brine processing and the steps involved.

From my own research & discussions with JZ here is my basic understanding:

It is commonly known that the purpose of the pond evaporation process is to concentrate the raw brine to a desired ppm of circa 6% (6000ppm) as well as remove some of the impurities.
So basically with Rincon averaging between 300-400ppm we have a comparatively below avg raw brine concentrate that just takes a little more time to evaporate down to the desired 6% level.

SO how do you counteract this slightly longer evaporation process to achieve 6% concentrate.... pretty simple, just build more / bigger ponds to ensure sufficient concentrated feedstock.

Given the comparative discounted rate per Ha at which the company has secured its tenements at Rincon, this will more or less even out any additional Capex cost in the long run.
