I think the answer is simply deep pockets, or lack of them.
Until more than 2 insto/sophos/funds start taking big interest this will remain a retail and small time day-trader play thing.
Understanding their position on Lithium is key to understanding what might be in the future.
I guess they know what they are doing, but truly we may not see high volume daily trading (> 10 million shares) on a consistent basis until we get the three ducks in a row BG, PEA & OT.
We're talking JULY at the earliest.
