It doesn't say that- It just says that they are correcting the bottleneck that is hindering product ramp up.
The quality is impressive, but most importantly that approval. It was our biggest real bottleneck in my opinion.
Should be just sign off from Romi and then we finally get to see Funding & OT ect. Expansion may actually kick off early 2024..
