.....agreed......some form of modular construction is probably ideal in the sense that it will eliminate the possibility of having to shut the whole process down if there is an issue. I'm ASSUMING that the modular approach will at least be a series of similar sized units so that if there are issues needing resolution, identical approaches can be taken to rectify. Smaller units too...will only affect a proportion of production and therefore allow "some" production to continue. Again, it comes down to that value engineering to determine, pros and cons of each approach and minimise the risk of significant down times......

From memory.....The modular design was documented somewhere in those early announcements but I don't think there was any actual number mentioned. The closest i think we got was a diagram (as part of proposed schematics...perhaps just diagrammatic) that discussed the rationale....but not the specifics....
