I think there was a hidden hint in the selection of this word in regards to the offtake.

IMO using this word specifically, "select" = choose from multiple interested parties = Ball is entirely in our court to pick a favourable partner = maybe there are multiple partners and not just a sole partner involved = we're in charge of our own destiny once approvals come in (when, not if!)

Expecting this optimism to be torn to shreds but my self-professed powers of deduction and wordplay analysis makes my peaches feel fuzzy and warm and my outlook is improving.
