So I guess they piloted the wrong cloth now called in Mario's or maybe Mario choose bad cloth to scale up. Cloth is apparently very technical Italy and all. I can understand that.
What I'd think would be less technical is the manufacturers design spec on pump n pipes. Regardless of who manufactured them it's a design and engineering issue. Need tracking on the parts and hope they work. Sounds like cloth has been tested.
