This.Not many holders would have cared if they did not PR the whole thing making it sound like it is an easy job short to mid term issue.
It is inexcusable to led holders to have false expectation by using those euphoric words.If outcome fell short, then they need to further give a more realistic time line rather than keeping us hanging in the dark.
IMO, people do react better to under promise and over delivery
