You can't start commissioning before the plant has been built, so 2 years is not possible at the time of writing. "Continuous Production" does not mean "Nameplate Production" so if you need me to explain it, just ask.
Whatever is apparent or boring to you is subjective. Try to understand the difference between assumptions and expectations but do it your way. Moving your money to greener fields might be a better option than whinging on an anonymous public forum. I don't know.
