Good find mate, but I don't think there's any direct benefit to AGY or the Puna JV. The article mentions that the PAIS tax only applied when exchanging pesos for dollars from the Central Bank, and the tax was levied at the point of exchange. That wouldn't have applied in AGY/Puna's case seeing that AGY is operating in AUD and the Puna JV is operating in USD. As the article states, the tax doesn't apply in this situation because the Puna JV already holds USD and pays for services and raw inputs with that currency.
