I don't understand why this was released, given the release of the recent Bell presentation and quarterly update.
The only thing my crystal ball says is that there will be talk of moving to 25kt/an or something like that coming. I sincerely hope we don't get a revised permit application going in for 25 as an excuse when the end of the month comes.
But that is just wild speculation, driven by no apparent logical reason for this announcement. Particularly when they will be announcing the 10kt/an permit in the next 10 days...
Anyway, still a buy for me and a screaming buy once we get the announcement that the bugs are gone and we are at continuous near-nameplate production.
