I asked Jerko if the damage was something unexpected or from wear and tear due pushing the equipment in order to find the optimal parameters during the 80+ trials.
Jerko said the filter cloths were partly damaged/worn out due to solids bypass during filter press operations. The past few months of usage caused wear & tear. Older cloths were due to be replaced around this time with new cloths that they had already purchased, to align with continuous operations.
I also asked if once these are cleaned and replaced, will more trials be occurring or can we expect ramping of production to begin. He stated that once new cloths are fitted, "we can get going".
