When they finally get the go ahead for the 10k expansion they will need funding for that expansion. (300-400-500 million???).
- They raised $30m to more than cover the current 2ktpa plant and ponds for the next stage are partially built. $300m+ is out of the ballpark.

There is every chance that we will end up with an off-take partner that owns 15-25% of AGY.
- Funding by prepayment and without dilution is the objective so no chance of 15-25% ownership of Puna Mining, let alone Argosy Minerals.

I think that's what the increase of the extra 10% of issued shares is all about.
- Nope, it's just a provision that may or may not be necessary, but handy to have up the sleeve.

If this happens how will the market rate it???
- That point is entirely moot and not even worth mooting.
